Abrasive Blasting
Blasting is applied on
metal or concrete surfaces in order to prepare the surface for the optimum
adhesion between the surface and coating. Astaş Insulation has required tools,
equipment, know-how and qualified teams for a proper application of the abrasive
blasting, so called shot blasting, sand blasting or grit blasting as per the
requirement of coating to be applied.
Anti-corrosion painting / coating

Insulation’s expertise areas is the application of the high technology
industrial painting / coating systems. Painting / coating may be applied in
several layers, in-situ or at the shop over the prepared surfaces, by air
spray, airless spray, brush or roller. Continuous quality check is a key for
the proof of an effective coating application.
